The people in the photos look very serious - concentrating on the discussion of Search Trend Optimization. This is a technique discovered by Kian Ann. You can find more discussion at his blog, Blogopreneur.com.

We talked about a couple of free SEO tools to use for keyword selection and also determining the trend and volume of traffic for targeted keywords. And then we showed some fantastic results on the several experiment we did with search trend optimization over the past 9 months.

What I can tell you is, Kian Ann is pretty happy with the additional traffic generated using search trend optimization for the Comex 2007 project. His post on Comex 2007 Singapore pulled in additional thousands of “Comex 2007 visitors” to his website.

Never thought the previous post - I also used Blogger, why Matt Cutts didn’t? - such a simple post with no intention to optimize for the search terms seo singapore could ended up in the radar screen of Google Alert.

I think Google alerts is one of the quickest way for you to test if you’ve optimized your page successfully. And this quick and simple test only apply to your skills in on-page optimization.

If you blog is are already popular and has lots of backlinks then it really does matter. You will be listed in Google alert when you just mentioned any of the the search terms.

Go try it.

I just recreated a blog on Blogspot using my full name, Shi Heng Cheong.

Then I wonder why the Google man - Matts Cutts - publishes his blog using Wordpress and not with Blogger?

Anyway, being a Kiasu Singaporean, I use both LAH. http://shihengcheong.com/blog/ using Wordpress and http://shihengcheong.blogspot.com/ using Blogger.

I have some plans for the newly recreated blog at blogspot. Despite using a title - Coolest SEO Blogger - I do not intend to discuss search engine optimization stuff here. I’ll blog about SEO at TIMMGuru and SEO Singapore Search Marketing blog.
